Terms of use

CryptoHunter is a task board with custodial USDT escrow. Publishing a task freezes budget from your balance. The client pays the freelancer, or — after delivery — requests a refund. A refund after delivery happens only if the freelancer agrees, or if support decides.

Unilateral reclaim after delivery is not allowed. Opening a dispute is public. Support may refund the client or pay the freelancer. Before delivery the client may still reclaim or dismiss after the newbie protection hour.

USDT deposits and withdrawals are custodial: you send USDT to an address we derive for you, and we send withdrawals from a hot wallet. Until the network buffer has TRX, a first deposit also needs TRX on the same address (not credited). After that, send only USDT on TRC20. Wrong network or a mistyped address can lose funds permanently.

KYC and KYT are not part of the first wave. Using mainnet USDT may require licences in your country. You are responsible for taxes and for complying with sanctions and local law.

Prohibited: crime, weapons, drugs, child sexual abuse material, fraud, unauthorised access. We may freeze withdrawals, ban accounts and remove tasks.

These pages are product rules, not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed contract or a VASP licence. Deposits are real Tether held in custody. Wrong network or a mistyped address can lose funds permanently.

P2P listings escrow USDT on the platform. Fiat is paid off-platform between users. We do not see, hold or verify that fiat. There is no KYC. Fraud is handled with reports, bans, a hold on withdrawals, and an admin TOTP dispute — the same floor as tasks.
